Payment Terms
- Regular payment terms are cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), collectable on pick up or delivery or, for qualified accounts credit payable in Net 30 days.
Conditions
- The current price list supersedes all previous editions and price quotations. Prices are subject to change without notification.
Non-Warranty
- Oasis Plants gives no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the variety or productivity of any nursery stock we sell
- Any liability is limited to the purchase price. No liability is assumed after the seller for delay or failure to deliver caused by contingencies beyond the sellers’ control
Claims
- All claims must be made immediately upon the receipt of goods and noted on the packing slip
- Once the plant material is accepted, we make no guarantees regarding the future performance caused by contingencies beyond the sellers’ control
- At no time will we be responsible for more than the purchase price of the plant
