Terms
• Regular payment terms are cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), collectable on pick up or delivery or, for qualified accounts credit payable in Net 30 days.• Credit applications are available in main office at Oasis Plants and take two to four weeks to process or may be downloaded and faxed to 760.735.2518
• Interest of 1 ½% per month will be charged on unpaid balances over 30 days
Conditions
• The price list is effective from January 2009, and supersedes all previous editions and price quotations. Prices are subject to change without notificationNon-Warranty
• Oasis Plants gives no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the variety or productivity of any nursery stock we sell• Any liability is limited to the purchase price. No liability is assumed after the seller for delay or failure to deliver caused by contingencies beyond the sellers’ control
Claims
• All claims must be made immediately upon the receipt of goods and noted on the packing slip• Once the plant material is accepted, we make no guarantees regarding the future performance caused by contingencies beyond the sellers’ control
• At no time will we be responsible for more than the purchase price of the plant
